YOGA SESSION:
Private Yoga lesson will address your particular needs and interests, which may include working with the body and breath, exploring the mind, relationships, behavior patterns, and developing a meditation or spiritual practice. Study of the ancient texts and Vedic chanting may also be an element.
The Viniyoga tradition prioritizes a program that is adapted to the student.

PILATES SESSION:
Based on the Pilates repertoire and its focus on the core, these private lessons can be used to optimize the body’s balance, strength, and stretch capacities, or as a way to repattern neuromuscular habits, or to recover after injury. In all cases, the exercise program will be designed for the individual participant, using Pilates equipment, and drawing on modalities such as Postural Restoration and Kinesthetic Anatomy.

Abhyanga

Ayurvedic oil treatment. 90-minute session.
Abhyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic full-body warm oil treatment using herbal oils suited to one’s dosha. It involves long, rhythmic strokes to boost circulation, nourish skin, relax muscles, detoxify, improve lymphatic flow, joint flexibility, and mental clarity. Done regularly, it supports health, reduces stress, and enhances vitality.

Ayurvedic Consultation

Translating as "the science of life," Ayurveda offers practical guidance for living in accordance with one's unique constitution while imparting wisdom for navigating life's ever-changing circumstances. Ayurveda aims to uncover the root cause of physical, mental, and emotional imbalances (dis-ease) and works collaboratively with each individual to develop a treatment plan that is accessible and appropriate. Treatment plans may include nutritional guidance, lifestyle adjustments, herbal supplementation, meditation and mindfulness practices, behavioral change support, bodywork and/or energy balancing treatments, or referrals to specialists.
Includes initial consultation and a 45-minute follow-up.
