I recently had an Abhyanga Ayurvedic oil massage with Emileigh, and it was absolutely fabulous. From the moment the session began, the warm, soothing oil and her gentle, skilled touch made me feel nurtured both externally and internally. It was one of the most relaxing and restorative experiences I’ve ever had.

Emileigh is a highly skilled practitioner, and the way she integrates the oil with her techniques is truly amazing. I felt completely relaxed, cared for, and deeply rejuvenated. This was a whole new experience for me, and I’m already looking forward to doing it again.

We have been doing reformer duet sessions with Sarah for quite a few months now and have been to a few mat classes also. I'm feeling so much stronger and have a lot less physical pain. The sessions are like active physical therapy. Sarah's wealth of experience is very much appreciated in her attention to our individual needs and responsive direction.
